About me
I am Ron Melchet
I am training in martial arts for over 25 years, certified instructor. I’m your guide to feeling steady, releasing tension and building inner resilience and using martial arts in dayli life, family, work, business strategy and extreme situation. Through Tai Chi and Self-Defense we can improve our real life.

Absolutely. You’ll find deeper mechanics and mindset: posture, breath, intent, and mental tools for pressure and decision-making.
What should I bring to my first class?
Comfortable clothes, athletic shoes and water — no jewelry.
