Cancellation and Refund Policy this purchase is for a trial training at the group calss. the group calss is usually on sundays at 18:45. Please contact us after payment to our whatsapp or through the email or website to make sure we are ready for you to join and for more details. Advance Notice for Changes From Our Side: If we need to make any changes to your scheduled lesson, we will contact you at least 24 hours in advance to inform you of the change. From Your Side: We kindly request that you notify us of any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson time. Late Cancellations If you cancel a lesson less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will not be eligible for a refund for that lesson. Validity of Purchase All lesson purchases are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you do not use your purchased lessons within this 30-day period, the lessons will expire, and no refund will be provided for any unused lessons. No Refund for Unused Lessons Please note that if the purchased lessons are not used within the validity period, no refund will be issued for the unused lessons. By purchasing lessons, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy You also confirm that you are healthy, capable, and willing to train in martial arts.
